Product Quality & Safety
We're in the process of implementing third-party testing across all Huge Supplements products. Each product will soon include a unique QR code that lets customers view lab results and verify batch-specific testing for complete transparency and quality assurance. Some products already feature this system, and their reports can be viewed on our testing overview page.
The manufacturing parties we work with follow strict quality control procedures, including ingredient verification, stability testing, and inspection at multiple stages of production to ensure every batch meets our high standards for safety and potency. We're also adding an extra layer of quality assurance through third-party testing to further confirm the purity and accuracy of our products.
All of our products are manufactured in the United States in GMP-certified facilities that meet all FDA requirements. This ensures every product is produced under the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $100.
Orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days after being shipped. Processing time is usually one business day. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Huge Supplements proudly ships to customers worldwide, with only a few exceptions. We currently do not ship to the following countries:
- European Union (please visit our EU website)
- Japan
- Brazil
- Morocco
- South Korea
- Singapore
- China

Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders are processed through our U.S. fulfillment center, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Yes, we proudly ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
Yes. Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use that link to track your shipment.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking email so you can follow up on your delivery. If you don't see these emails, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, contact our team as soon as possible. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early).
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If your order hasn't arrived after 72 hours, contact our support team.
- If your package is damaged, contact our customer support team with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact the support team for assistance.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team before returning anything so we can provide you with the proper instructions.
